      • TILE PACKING METHOD
  • Tiles are packed in styrofoam cartons boxes then pack into wooden crates, then polythene wrapper cover the entire material, after which the wooden crates are then secured with 4 strong iron strips
      • TILE CRATING & FULL CONTAINER LOAD SPECIFICATIONS
  • 300x300x10mm: 10pcs/carton, 36 cartons/crate (32.40m2/crate), 22 crates/20ft container=712.80m2/ctn
  • 400x400x12mm: 5pcs/carton, 20 cartons/crate (16m2/crate), 36crates/20ft container=576.00m2/ctn
  • 300x600x18mm: 152pcs/crate (27.36m2/crate), 21crates/20ft container=574.56m2/ctn

      • QUALITY CONTROL specifications
  • A)Polishing will be uniform throughout the out slabs/tiles and in glossometer as follows:-
      • For black slabs/tiles= polishing +95% glossometer
      For color slabs/tiles= polishing +85% glossometer

  • B)Flamed surface will be uniform throughout the area and bushed evenly on slabs after flaming
  • C)Thickness controlled will be +/- 1.0mm in tolerance for slabs ; -/+ 0.5mm for tiles
  • D)90% right angle will be controlled at -/+0.5mm tolerance for tiles diagonally
